This is about
as uncomplicated as a design can get. A simple disk of
reticulated sterling silver surrounded by an 18k gold bezel.
Elegant and understated. The reticulated silver has a beautiful
satin texture - almost sculpted in appearance while the 18k gold bezel
is polished to a mirror finish, providing a beautiful contrast.
I wanted it to look like it was floating on the neck of the wearer so
I chose a very thin (.49mm) gold wire to suspend it from.

acid etched with a delicate "leaf "pattern and formed into a hollow domed
shape approximately 3/4 inches in diameter. I've applied a
bronze patina on the front that brings out the detail. The back
side is polished to a mirror finish. The slender 16-inch neck wire is
bronze tone stainless steel cable less than 1/2mm in diameter.
